1 ¼ cup water
2 Tbsp Eden Agar Agar (sea vegetable flakes)
1 – 14 oz can coconut milk
½ cup raw cashew nuts, washed
½ cup Organic Agave Nectar
2 Tbsp powdered lecithin granules (optional)
½ Tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp natural vanilla
½ tsp coconut extract
Bring water and Eden Agar Agar (sea vegetable flakes) to boil.
Place in blender along with remaining ingredients and blend for 2 minutes
Pour into a flat casserole (9x13 dish) and chill until set.
Whip vigorously with a wire whip, before serving.
Return to refrigerator and chill, or serve right away
