Chana Masala

2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ onion, diced
½ tsp fresh ginger, minced
½ jalepeno, seeded and diced
1 tsp Thai Red Paste
1 Tbsp curry powder
¼ tsp cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can coconut milk
Sea salt to taste
1 can garbanzos
 
Saute onion, ginger and jalepeno. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boíl. Place on médium low heat for 2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes. Serve on brown rice
